buybusinessemail.in is an online service powered by Magic Mails that makes it easier for Indian businesses to choose and purchase business email services.
You choose the email service and plan that suits your business, and the Magic Mails team takes care of the setup, configuration, management and ongoing support.
Why should I buy business email from you instead of directly from the email provider?
When you buy directly, you are generally responsible for setting up and managing your email service.
When you buy through us, Magic Mails takes care of the technical work around your business email — including domain and DNS configuration, email setup, user management, technical support and ongoing assistance.
You choose the email service. We take care of the rest.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your payment is completed, the Magic Mails team will receive your order and contact you for the information required to set up your business email.
We then take care of the technical setup and onboarding.
Choose → Purchase → We set it up → You start using your business email.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes.
You can use your existing business domain for your professional email address, provided the domain is available and under your control.
If you don't have a domain yet, contact us and we can guide you through the next steps.
Who provides the actual email service?
The underlying email infrastructure is provided by the email service provider you select, such as Rediffmail, Google Workspace or Titan.
Magic Mails handles the setup, management and support around the service.
Which email service should I choose?
It depends on what your business needs.
We offer different business email services so that you can choose based on factors such as storage, features, collaboration tools and budget.

Can I add more email accounts later?
Yes.
You can add additional email accounts as your business grows. Contact the Magic Mails team when you need to make changes to your existing service.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, the order becomes non-refundable. If you cancel after this period, the service will be cancelled and any unused portion of the subscription period will be forfeited.
