Online Payments
You can pay securely online using the payment options available at checkout, including supported cards, UPI, net banking and other available payment methods.
Offline Payments
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we can also provide our bank details and assist you with the payment process. For offline payments, your order will be processed once the payment has been received and verified by our team.
Refunds - 24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, provided that the service setup has not already commenced.
To request a cancellation, please contact us using the email address associated with your order and mention your order details.
Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process the refund.
Refunds are restricted strictly to first-time accounts. Re-signing up after a cancellation or opening a secondary account voids refund eligibility
Please note - Service renewals, auto-renewals, plan upgrades/downgrades, and combo offers are entirely excluded from refunds.
Service Setup After Purchase
We do not immediately begin technical setup after an order is placed.
Following your purchase, our team will contact you to collect the information required to set up your business email service, which may include your domain details and DNS access.
Your 24-hour cancellation window gives you sufficient time to review your purchase before we proceed with the setup.
Once the 24-hour period has expired, we may proceed with the setup and activation of your service.
Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once we have started setting up or activating your business email service, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
If you request cancellation after the service has commenced:
- No refund will be provided.
- The email service will be cancelled.
- Any unused balance period will be forfeited.
- No credit or adjustment will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
This applies even if you have not yet started actively using the email accounts, provided that the service setup or activation has already commenced.
When Does the Service Start?
For the purpose of this policy, service commencement means the point at which our team begins work on your order, including activities such as:
- Domain and DNS configuration
- Email service activation
- Creation or configuration of email accounts
- Migration or transfer of email data
- Other technical setup required to activate your service
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Provider-Specific Terms
Some email services may be subject to additional terms, limitations or policies imposed by the underlying email service provider.
Where applicable, these terms will apply in addition to this policy.
Changes to an Order
If you need to change the number of email accounts, storage plan or other aspects of your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may be possible before service commencement. Once setup has started, changes may require additional charges or may not be possible depending on the service purchased.
