An email infrastructure and management company serving Indian businesses.
We work with trusted third-party platforms to deliver reliable email hosting services while acting as your primary point of contact for billing, setup, administrative management and technical support.
Service Setup After Purchase
We do not immediately begin technical setup after an order is placed.
Following your purchase, our team will contact you to collect the information required to set up your business email service, which may include your domain details and DNS access.
Your 24-hour cancellation window gives you sufficient time to review your purchase before we proceed with the setup.
Once the 24-hour period has expired, we may proceed with the setup and activation of your service.
Third-Party Platforms
Depending on the service you purchase, your solution may be powered by providers such as:
- Rediffmail Enterprise
- Google Workspace
- Titan Email
- Microsoft 365
- Zoho Mail
- Other supported platforms
Features, storage limits, uptime, and platform functionality are determined by the respective provider.

Depending on your selected service, we may provide:
- Email setup
- DNS configuration
- User creation and management services
- Outlook configuration
- Mobile device setup
- Technical support
- Email migration (on-demand)
All our services, mentioned above, are covered with maximum assistance related to the purchased email service, including:
- Management of users on your domain
- Configuration updates
- Technical troubleshooting
- General guidance
Support does not include email migration services - which will be chargeable based on the business requirement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining ownership of their domain
- Providing requested access credentials
- Using email services responsibly and lawfully
- Ensure that all end-users (on your domain) remain vigilant, recognize common indicators of phishing (such as urgent demands, spelling errors, or mismatched sender domains), and never share sensitive credentials via email.
Acceptable Use
Our services must not be used for:
- Bulk email marketing
- Spam
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal content
- Activities prohibited by the underlying email service provider
Accounts may be suspended if these terms are violated.
Third-Party Availability
While we will assist in resolving technical issues, service availability ultimately depends on the underlying platform provider.
Renewals
Recurring services require timely renewal to avoid interruption. You will be notified minimum 21 days prior to your service renewal due date. Failure to renew may result in suspension or permanent deletion of data by the underlying service provider.
Limitation of Liability for Cyber Incidents
While we provide robust email infrastructure and industry-standard service protections, security is a shared responsibility. Because user-level vulnerabilities and external social engineering tactics are outside our administrative control, we cannot assume liability for financial losses, data breaches, or cyber fraud resulting from compromised user credentials or phishing attacks.
